• Health Data: The App requests access to your heart rate data via Apple’s HealthKit API. This data is used solely to provide live voice coaching during your exercise sessions.

• On-Device Processing: All heart rate analysis and coaching logic are performed locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or share your health data with our servers or any third parties.

• Contact Information: If you contact us via admin1@kinetic-wave.com, we use your email only to respond to your support request.

3. Data Minimization & Privacy We do not use your health data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the core functionality of the App.
